A: Yes, you do need to register to place an order as a wholesaler.
Q: Do I need to provide a Reseller Number?
A: Yes, if you are a registered reseller within the State of California, you may qualify
for tax exemption for your orders on this website. You must fill out the reseller cer-
tificate and fax it to 916.714.0616.
Once we receive and verify your information, we'll approve your exempt status on
this website and you will be presented with the Wholesaler's ordering form.
Please allow 24 hours for approval.
Q: What is the minimum wholesaler purchase requirement?
A: Minimum purchase requirement is $60 per order.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours via UPS Ground. Once your order has been
processed and shipped, we'll provide you with the tracking number.
Q: What are the UPS Ground transit times?
A: West Coast: 1-3 business days
Central: 3-4 business days
East Coast: 5-6 business days
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We want you to be fully satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with
our products, you may return the products within 30 days from the date of purchase.
All damage and defects must be reported to us within 10 days of the deliverly date.
We can either send you a replacement or issue a refund.
However, undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the client is responsible for the return freight charge.
